Brio is a fresh, crunchy red from 60–70-year-old vines. A portion of the grapes undergoes carbonic maceration for juicy brightness, while the rest is harvested later, destemmed, and fermented in acacia vats for depth and structure. The two parts come together for a year of aging in steel and a short rest in bottle. Pure, lively, and unfiltered.
