Crafted from tufaceous volcanic soils, Chic is an amphora-macerated blanc de blanc with vibrant fruit and texture. A portion of the grapes macerates for eight days in amphora, while the rest is pressed directly to preserve acidity. The wine ages at least six months in large wooden barrels and undergoes bottle re-fermentation using its own must. Unfiltered and additive-free, it expresses a refined balance of acidity and gentle tannins.
