The Knack Project
The Knack Project is a small, independent winery founded in 2017 in Megara, Attica by winemaker Christos Koulouriotis. Rooted in a deep respect for nature and a passion for low-intervention winemaking, The Knack Project focuses on producing authentic, unfiltered wines with true personality.
Working primarily with indigenous Greek varieties like Savatiano and Mouhtaro, as well as select international grapes such as Chardonnay, the wines reflect the unique mountain vineyards and old vines of the region. Organic farming methods, spontaneous fermentation, and minimal interference in the cellar are at the heart of the winery’s philosophy.
With a total production of just 5,000 bottles per year, each label is a limited, expressive take on contemporary Greek natural wine. Crafted for curious drinkers and wine lovers looking for something truly distinctive, The Knack Project offers bold character, pure taste, and a fresh voice in the new generation of Greek wine.
