Terra Ambera Amphora is one of the most intriguing natural wines we have ever tasted. Made with Muscat of Alexandria grapes through extensive maceration in an old, reclaimed, local amphora, buried underground, outside the Garalis winery. This is the true definition of natural wine, where the local Muscat unfolds its full aromatic and phenolic potential, as the combination of 4 months of maceration and the micro-oxygenation provided by the porous clay, leads to unprecedented complexity and expression of volcanic Lemnos.
