Based on the stable farmhouse ale recipe, a part of it was aged in oak wine barrels of Greek wineries, where it was fermented with a selected culture of Brettanomyces and aged for one year.

Strange Brew was founded in 2015, when 3 friends and amateur brewers decided to leave behind the plastic buckets they were using and upgrade themselves. The vision of this nomadic (for a little longer) brewery is to change the status quo of beer in Greece via an inexhaustible thirst for experimentation and collaborations, as befits the world of craft beer.
