This is the most natural representation of Syros island, the capital of the Cyclades, by third generation organic grower Markos Freris. The goal here was to show the raw, unpolished side of the island’s past, by combining Monemvasia with White Muscat, with partial sun drying involved. The result is a phenolically dense and robust orange wine that shows its warm, Cycladic origin.
