Pavo in Fabula, was created by exploring the boundaries between conventional brewing and winemaking. It’s a premium Saison beer that with its elegance blurring the lines between its peers and some of the most refined white grapes. Aromas of citrus, pear, green apple, gardenia flowers and a hint of green pepper in the nose and fresh notes of citrus and peach combined with a delicacy of white flowers in the palate.
