The winery is located in the village of Krania, Kato Olympus, at an elevation of 654 meters. The indigenous grape varieties Xinomavro, Stavroto and Krassato are cultivated using biodynamic and permaculture practices across 8.5 hectares in the Rapsani region, Kato Olympus. An annual production capacity of up to 15,000 bottles of natural wine is maintained.

Fermentation and aging of all wines are conducted in 225- and 400-liter barrels, with a commitment to minimal intervention and the exclusion of additives.
