When will I receive the products I ordered?
During the checkout process, you can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs:

Delivery within 2-3 working days
For in-stock items, we typically deliver anywhere in Greece within 2-3 working days. Delivery times may be longer for island destinations and remote areas.

Product Availability
The delivery times described above apply to orders with items that are in stock. If your order includes an item that is not immediately available, it may take us an extra 2-3 working days. In our pricelist, products are labeled as “in stock” if available, and “on order” if currently unavailable.

If a product is out of stock and we cannot ship it, you will be notified by phone and email. You can then choose to either replace it with another item or get a partial or full refund for your order.

Shipping Costs
We offer four delivery options for your own convenience:

• Courier services
• Freight forwarding (for large or heavy items)
• The Clever Point pickup network
• The BOX NOW pickup network

Free Shipping on Orders Over €100
For orders under €100, the shipping cost is €3.50 with a courier service for items up to 2 kg, and it increases based on weight.
Shipping via the Clever Point pickup network is also €3.50.
Shipping via the BOX NOW pickup network is €3.50 as well.
